Assignment Description
We are currently seeking a Service Manager
What You Will Work On
- Own and manage end-to-end service delivery within a production environment
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and internal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support service operations
- Manage incidents, escalations, and problem resolution processes
- Support and drive service improvements, upgrades, and changes
- Monitor and report on service performance and operational metrics
- Ensure proper documentation, processes, and service readiness
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for ongoing improvements
What You Bring
- Experience in service delivery, service management, or similar roles
- Understanding of industrial IT systems and environments
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and service performance tracking
- General understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers and systems
- Strong communication skills and structured way of working
