Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer
What You Will Work On
- Develop embedded software for bus applications and vehicle control units.
- Implement smaller software features and improvements using C++.
- Investigate and fix software defects.
- Participate in system integration and testing activities.
- Collaborate with senior developers, system engineers, and test engineers.
- Contribute to agile development activities including planning and reviews.
- Support continuous improvement of software quality and functionality.
- Gain exposure to the full embedded development lifecycle in automotive systems.
What You Bring
- Engineering background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Basic to solid knowledge of C++ programming.
- Strong interest in embedded systems and real-time software development.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced team members.
- Professional communication skills in English; Swedish is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN or LIN is beneficial.
- Interest in the automotive industry or experience from vehicle-related student projects such as Formula Student is considered a plus.
