Job Description

Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Junior Software Test Engineer

What you will work on

Supporting software testing activities for diagnostics and connectivity solutions
Performing manual and automated software testing
Working according to Automotive Quality by Design strategy
Collaborating with developers, testers, and product teams in agile environments
Participating in planning, testing cycles, and test execution
Supporting verification of system functionality and software quality
Working closely with cross-location teams in Göteborg and Wroclaw
Contributing to both runtime and one-time project activities
Supporting initiatives within the Diagnostics and Connectivity domain
Participating in knowledge sharing and team collaboration

What you bring

Experience in software testing or quality assurance
Basic knowledge of manual and automated testing
Experience or exposure to Automotive Assurance processes is beneficial
Understanding of diagnostics systems or automotive software is a plus
Ability to work according to Quality by Design principles
Experience working in agile teams
Strong planning and organizational skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in virtual and distributed teams
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Fast learner with a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
