Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced LIMS Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead the pre-study, planning, and implementation of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Develop the implementation strategy and roadmap for laboratory digitalization
- Evaluate business requirements and define technical solutions for laboratory workflows
- Ensure integration between the LIMS platform and existing production, laboratory, and enterprise systems
- Coordinate implementation activities across production, engineering, IT, software, and laboratory teams
- Analyze current laboratory processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Drive technical discussions and support solution design throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure successful deployment and adoption of the LIMS solution
- Support project documentation, technical specifications, and implementation planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize laboratory and production workflows
- Ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards and business objectives
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, LIMS Project Manager, or Digital Transformation Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or another relevant technical field
- Experience implementing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Experience working with laboratory processes such as sample management, laboratory analysis, and laboratory data management
- Experience within Life Sciences, Food Manufacturing, or other regulated industries
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and system implementation projects
- Experience integrating digital platforms with existing business and production systems
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and solutions
- Programming experience with Python, Java, R, SQL, or similar technologies
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering, IT, production, and laboratory teams
- Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work onsite as required during the assignment
