Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Lead Embedded Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Lead the team’s daily work by providing structure, clarity, and direction
Drive performance by defining and following up on KPIs related to quality, velocity, and delivery
Coach and mentor the team to develop into a high-performing unit
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery is on track
Contribute directly through hands-on C/C++ development, particularly within embedded and legacy systems

What you bring

10+ years of software development experience with strong C/C++ expertise
Proven experience in leading software teams and improving delivery outcomes
Solid background in agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification is an advantage
Strong experience in embedded systems and legacy code maintenance
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
Technical proficiency in Linux/Debian/RTOS, Jenkins, Make, and Python
Experience with mission-critical or defense-related systems is a plus
Eligibility to work on-site in Stockholm and ability to pass a security background check
Swedish language skills are an advantage
