What you will work on:

• Drive and support both operational and strategic initiatives to ensure cohesive design processes.
• Manage team resources, fostering motivation, and clear communication within the team.
• Engage in every phase of the design process, from initial research, workshops, ideation, and concept development to the final delivery of designs.
• Visualize and map end-to-end user journeys that align with key business objectives and user goals, contributing to a clear product vision.
• Create comprehensive design deliverables including wireframes, workflow diagrams, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, domain experts, and product managers to iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical limitations, and market conditions.
• Ensure that designs align with usability standards, technical feasibility, and company-wide design principles, maintaining consistency across the product.
• Advocate for user-centered design thinking and best practices within the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s UX design processes and methodologies.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in UX design within Cloud Application development projects.
• Expertise in leading the transition from legacy systems to design-centric, data-driven processes.
• Strong track record of guiding end-to-end design processes, making decisions informed by user insights and data.
• Ability to clearly communicate design concepts and insights to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Deep understanding of usability standards, UX best practices, and design-centered thinking.
• Self-motivated and accountable, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset, open to learning and continually improving, with a passion for staying current with UX trends and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of thinking creatively to address complex challenges.
• Experience working in environments that utilize SAFe and Lean UX methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in UX design.
• University degree in interaction design, industrial design engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or other leading design tools.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• A portfolio or work samples that showcase your design expertise and previous projects.
