Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Engineer – Flow Optimization & Improvement Work

What You Will Work On

  • Optimize end-to-end logistics flows from supplier to point of use.
  • Prepare and coordinate takt time, process changes, and product changes.
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct technical and logistics analyses, including frequency studies.
  • Develop standardized work instructions (SOPs).
  • Implement changes in internal and external logistics flows.
  • Restructure logistics setups when required.
  • Lead logistics-related projects independently.
  • Coach and support junior colleagues.
  • Handle complex logistics and operational challenges with limited supervision.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics engineering or supply chain optimization.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end logistics flow analysis.
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to conduct structured technical and logistics analyses.
  • Experience creating and implementing SOPs.
  • Strong project management capability.
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
  • Experience coaching junior team members.
