Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer

What You Will Work On

Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for retail and CRM use cases
Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL and DBT
Perform experimentation, A/B testing, and model evaluation
Monitor model performance and optimize for business impact
Develop and maintain ML pipelines and production workflows
Document solutions, perform code reviews, and contribute to technical standards
Communicate insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with teams to improve data platforms and ML infrastructure

What You Bring

Proven experience building and deploying scalable ML solutions in production
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with ML frameworks and model development
Hands-on experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, deployment)
Strong understanding of statistics, optimization, and model evaluation techniques
Experience working with SQL, DBT, and data modeling
Knowledge of data infrastructure and ML pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
