Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead the full procurement and implementation process for MRI equipment
- Define technical and operational requirements for MRI systems
- Evaluate suppliers and support procurement negotiations
- Manage vendor selection and contract-related activities
- Coordinate and lead installation of MRI equipment in new healthcare facilities
- Drive regulatory and authority approval processes
- Manage project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
- Oversee testing, validation, and commissioning activities
- Ensure successful transition to operational use
- Manage risks, issues, timelines, and project deliverables
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, suppliers, contractors, and authorities
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management
What You Bring
- University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Healthcare Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience leading complex projects within healthcare environments
- Proven experience procuring and installing medical equipment
- Experience with MRI systems or other advanced radiology equipment is highly preferred
- Experience defining requirements for healthcare technology and hospital equipment
- Strong supplier evaluation and procurement management experience
- Experience managing regulatory and authority-related processes within healthcare projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive projects independently from planning through implementation
- Hands-on and solution-oriented approach to project delivery
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills
