Assignment Description

We are looking for an Observability and Monitoring Specialist

What You Will Work On

  • Own and improve monitoring and observability across systems and services
  • Design and maintain dashboards, alerts, and logging solutions
  • Use monitoring tools to detect, investigate, and troubleshoot incidents
  • Support major incident handling and escalation processes
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to long-term improvements
  • Ensure monitoring reflects real user impact and system performance
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability
  • Help route incidents to appropriate teams based on analysis

What You Bring

  • Experience working with monitoring and observability for software systems
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar
  • Strong interest in IT systems, operations, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to use dashboards and monitoring data for incident investigation
  • Understanding of incident management processes
