Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced OT Security Specialist
What You Will Work On
- Drive implementation and adoption of OT cybersecurity standards across manufacturing environments
- Support the rollout of OT security architecture frameworks and governance models
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and cybersecurity stakeholders
- Translate security requirements into practical implementation plans for manufacturing environments
- Provide cybersecurity architecture guidance for manufacturing transformation initiatives
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and manufacturing site visits
- Support manufacturing facilities in implementing security controls and architecture standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity frameworks
- Conduct OT security assessments and gap analyses
- Define and drive remediation plans based on identified security gaps
- Monitor security maturity and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support risk management, reporting, and governance activities
- Collaborate with training and awareness teams to develop OT security training materials
- Deliver security awareness sessions and workshops for manufacturing stakeholders
- Support supply chain security alignment initiatives
- Facilitate workshops with plant managers and manufacturing leadership teams
- Provide technical guidance and ongoing support for OT-related security challenges
What You Bring
- Strong experience within Operational Technology (OT) Security and Industrial Cybersecurity
- Experience working in large-scale industrial or manufacturing environments
- Proven experience supporting cybersecurity programs and transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of OT architecture and industrial systems
- Experience conducting:
- Security assessments
- Gap analyses
- Risk assessments
- Security improvement planning
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology domains
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
