We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Plan, design, and execute:
- Performance Tests
- Load Tests
- Stress Tests
- Scalability Tests
- Capacity Tests
- Develop and maintain automated performance testing frameworks
- Validate performance characteristics of transaction-intensive microservices
- Analyze:
- Response Times
- Throughput
- Resource Utilization
- Scalability
- System Stability
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Document findings, recommendations, and improvement actions
- Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to resolve performance issues
- Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Evaluate platform readiness during cloud migration and modernization initiatives
- Contribute to performance engineering standards and testing methodologies
- Improve observability and monitoring capabilities
- Support continuous performance validation throughout the software lifecycle
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance testing or load testing
- Experience testing distributed and microservice-based systems
- Strong understanding of performance engineering principles
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks
- Experience with automated testing and scripting
- Strong Python programming skills
- Ability to interpret system behavior under load and stress conditions
- Experience working with development and operations teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and drive testing activities forward
