Job Description

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Business Developer / Sub Project Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Lead investigations on how to structure, maintain, and leverage product structures in a new PLM system
  • Enable part-centric structures, digital thread capabilities, Model-Based Design (MBD), and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Analyze and define areas such as:
  • HG structure
  • Classification
  • Requirement objects vs. documents
  • Break down complex PLM and process challenges into manageable work packages
  • Work iteratively with engineering teams to define proposals and drive decisions
  • Document findings, recommendations, and decisions
  • Support change management and stakeholder alignment

What You Bring

  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Experience managing complex problem-solving processes in engineering environments
  • Experience with process engineering
  • Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with engineering communities
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Fluent English (Swedish is a plus)
  • Structured and analytical mindset
