We are seeking an experienced Senior Documentation Technician
What You Will Work On
- Manage and maintain network information within DP-Power
- Register, update, and correct electrical network asset data
- Create and quality-assure documentation for power distribution facilities
- Ensure documentation complies with established standards, processes, and guidelines
- Support accurate and efficient management of network information
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper information flow
- Participate in process improvement and documentation optimization initiatives
- Maintain high standards of data quality and traceability
- Support infrastructure projects with documentation and information management expertise
- Assist stakeholders in interpreting and utilizing network information
- Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation practices and workflows
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education within Electrical Power Engineering, Distribution Networks, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience working with electrical network documentation systems
- Strong knowledge of DP-Power
- Experience maintaining and managing network asset information
- Understanding of electrical distribution networks and infrastructure
- Experience following structured processes and quality requirements
- Understanding of project workflows and operational processes within utility environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
