Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an Embedded Software Developer

What You Will Work On

Develop and maintain control strategies and software functions for transmission management systems
Implement gear shifting functionality for both ICE and BEV applications
Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle
Write requirements, implement solutions, perform testing, verification, and documentation
Develop embedded software primarily using C
Work with control logic and simulation using Matlab/Simulink
Perform testing activities including unit testing, SIL testing, and vehicle-level validation
Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams
Support quality assurance and continuous improvements within software delivery
Contribute to reliable and safety-oriented automotive software development

What You Bring

Master’s degree within Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience with transmission management software development
Strong hands-on experience with C programming
Experience working with Matlab/Simulink
Experience working throughout the full embedded software development lifecycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within engineering teams
Structured and quality-focused mindset
Strong communication skills and proactive working style
