We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead
What You Will Work On
- Architect, develop, and deploy an enterprise AI MVP from the ground up
- Lead hands-on software development using modern AI-assisted coding tools
- Evaluate and select AI development frameworks, coding assistants, and engineering tools
- Define the technical architecture for scalable enterprise AI applications
- Design modular, decoupled, and cloud-ready software architecture
- Build secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise software solutions
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Develop AI-enabled developer workflows and engineering standards
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Define prompt engineering standards and AI development best practices
- Create reusable documentation, playbooks, and engineering guidelines
- Build knowledge repositories and AI documentation platforms
- Standardize AI-assisted software development methodologies
- Mentor engineers and support Product Owners in adopting AI-first development practices
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering leadership
- Drive architectural decisions balancing rapid delivery with long-term scalability
- Ensure enterprise-grade security, maintainability, and performance
- Support smooth knowledge transfer to future development teams
What You Bring
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Software Architect
- Extensive experience building enterprise software solutions
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience designing enterprise AI applications
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI development tools
- Strong software architecture and system design skills
- Experience building scalable cloud-native applications
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Experience establishing engineering standards and development workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to rapidly prototype while maintaining enterprise-quality architecture
