Assignment Description

We are looking for a Principal Engineer

What You Will Work On

  • Design and support engineering solutions for high-voltage power systems and substations
  • Work with MV/HV switchgear and related infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (EN, IEC)
  • Coordinate technical activities with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support project execution, including resolving technical issues and ensuring delivery quality
  • Participate in international projects and cross-functional collaboration
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience with high-voltage power systems, substations, or MV/HV switchgear (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of industry standards such as EN and IEC
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive tasks to completion
  • Willingness to work in international project environments
