Process Engineer (Manufacturing) - Vara, Sweden

Assignment Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer

What You Will Work On

Develop and optimize assembly processes and production methods
Improve assembly flow including sequencing, line balancing, and takt time
Support implementation of product changes in production
Update work instructions, tools, and routing documentation
Lead and manage manufacturing investments from study phase to commissioning
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and engineering
Contribute to development of internal methods and standards

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within assembly processes
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
Experience working in manufacturing engineering roles
Strong knowledge of assembly line balancing and time setting (e.g., MTM-SAM)
Experience with production and flow simulation tools
Knowledge of leak testing methods
Familiarity with industrial painting processes
Experience with Robot Studio
Experience in factory layout design using AutoCAD
Fluent in Swedish and English
