We are looking for an experienced Product Owner
What You Will Work On
- Own and prioritize the campaign product backlog
- Balance business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with Campaign, Pricing, Assortment, Marketing, and IT teams
- Define and prioritize product requirements
- Support campaign planning, execution, and follow-up
- Improve campaign management processes and workflows
- Measure campaign effectiveness and business impact
- Drive continuous improvements to increase sales and operational efficiency
- Work closely with business stakeholders on a daily basis
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories
- Prioritize features and enhancements
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal development teams
- Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives
What You Bring
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Strong commercial and business mindset
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience managing product backlogs
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to prioritize based on business value
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical understanding and ability to work with IT teams
- Experience working with external suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Fluent Swedish and English
