Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Test Development Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Develop, implement, and improve production test equipment and test systems
- Design and optimize test methods for advanced technical products
- Support production with reliable and efficient testing solutions
- Perform measurement, verification, and troubleshooting activities
- Analyze test results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with development, production, and quality teams
- Support root cause analysis and resolution of test-related issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
- Ensure test solutions meet quality, reliability, and production requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to test systems and procedures
- Support validation and verification activities during product development and production
What You Bring
- Experience in test development within production, manufacturing, or electronics-related environments
- Knowledge of measurement technology, verification, and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong understanding of electronics and production-related processes
- Experience developing and maintaining test systems and test equipment
- Experience working with LabVIEW
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams
- Structured and methodical approach to technical work
- Strong interest in technology and continuous improvement
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
