Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Product Lead
What You Will Work On
- Lead the Digital Engineering workstream from planning through execution and delivery
- Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependency structures
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Ensure alignment between track execution and broader initiative objectives
- Manage risks, blockers, issues, and escalation processes
- Drive execution and maintain predictable delivery progress
- Facilitate decision-making and support leadership governance processes
- Prepare and present status updates to senior stakeholders and initiative leadership
- Support transformation, organizational readiness, and change adoption activities
- Monitor quality, delivery outcomes, and business alignment
- Build collaboration and accountability across participating teams
What You Bring
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in program leadership, transformation, or delivery management
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives and coordinating cross-functional execution
- Strong expertise in digital transformation and organizational change initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to define scope, milestones, and delivery governance structures
- Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and execution capabilities
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution processes
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive delivery outcomes
- Experience operating in complex business and technology environments
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable navigating matrix organizations and multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
