Assignment Overview

Our customer is seeking a Program Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead cross-functional programs to develop and roll out new retail technologies and capabilities
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across brands, product teams, Business Tech, and other internal functions
Facilitate program steering groups with clear, outcome-focused recommendations
Collaborate with architects and technical leads while owning end-to-end program execution
Contribute to Program Management best practices by driving improvements and mentoring team members
Provide structure, clarity, and alignment in complex or ambiguous situations
Monitor program progress, costs, and outcomes using tools such as Anaplan, Jira, Miro, VIM, and Initiative cost reports

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Program Manager
Proven experience with Digital Returns in retail (initial program focus)
Strong understanding of OMNI operations and retail technology
Experience leading complex projects/programs with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and functions
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to manage competing priorities
Proactive and self-driven mindset with ability to take initiative and deliver results
Familiarity with technical infrastructure and engagement with senior stakeholders
Skilled at creating clarity and alignment from complex or incomplete inputs
