Quality Assurance Engineer - Additive Manufacturing - 15546

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support additive manufacturing processes in a technically advanced industrial environment.

What you will work on:

Lead and perform FMEA analyses to identify and prevent risks in additive manufacturing
Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for process and product issues
Perform value stream mapping (VSM) to optimize workflows
Conduct measurement system analyses (MSA) to ensure accurate and reliable data
Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to drive improvement initiatives
Contribute to development and maintenance of quality procedures and standards
Support continuous improvement projects and Lean initiatives where applicable

What you bring:

Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Quality, or related field
Experience with PFMEA, SPC, and MSA in an industrial environment
Strong interest in technology and understanding of complex technical systems
Good collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally
Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Experience with Lean principles is a plus
Willingness to work on-site in Finspång, Sweden
