Job Description
Assignment Description
We are looking for a Quality Lead to join a large-scale investment project in Stockholm.
What You Will Work On
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan
- Define quality requirements for Work Package Owners and Project Managers
- Ensure implementation and compliance of quality processes and procedures
- Plan and coordinate inspections, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), audits, and test activities
- Lead and support Quality Discipline Leads across the project
- Collaborate with engineering, construction teams, and contractors
- Ensure supplier QA/QC compliance and delivery quality
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and regulatory authorities
- Monitor and report quality performance via dashboards (e.g., NCRs, KPIs)
- Manage quality documentation (audit plans, reports, inspection protocols, ITPs, NCRs)
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Perform internal and supplier audits and produce detailed reports
- Identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in quality processes
What You Bring
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within large industrial, construction, or engineering projects
- Proven experience leading and coordinating multiple Quality Leads across disciplines
- Strong understanding of quality principles, methods, and best practices
- Experience with inspections, audits, and testing processes
- Good knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and project specifications
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience tracking and reporting quality KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to identify deviations and drive corrective actions
- Structured, solution-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments
