Quality Systems Manager – Life Science - 17355

Assignment Description

We are currently seeking a Quality Systems Manager on behalf of a client within the Life Science sector.

What You Will Work On

Establish and maintain quality processes within the Quality Management System
Evaluate and approve suppliers as part of the Supplier Quality Board
Manage supplier quality issues (SCARs) and oversee corrective actions
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
Support quality activities across development, manufacturing, and analysis
Handle quality-related processes such as complaints, CAPAs, and change controls
Drive continuous improvements in quality systems and processes

What You Bring

Experience working as a Quality Systems Manager or similar role within Life Science
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and supplier quality processes
Experience handling supplier quality issues and corrective actions (SCARs)
Knowledge of complaints, CAPA, and change control processes (CC)
Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement and supply chain teams
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Proactive, flexible, and adaptable mindset
High level of integrity and ability to take initiative
