Job Description

Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst

What You Will Work On

  • Analyze and document business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with product experts to clarify needs and define scope
  • Engage in dialogue with suppliers and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with teams across business and IT
  • Perform and support testing related to defined requirements
  • Contribute to data analysis and data migration activities
  • Work within a SAFe-organized Agile team

What You Bring

  • Proven experience covering all aspects of requirements analysis:
  • Analysis
  • Stakeholder interaction
  • Requirements specification
  • Supplier dialogue
  • Cross-team collaboration (within and outside IT)
  • Experience with testing activities
  • Experience working in Agile teams (SAFe is a strong advantage)
  • Experience with data analysis, migration, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with Lumera
  • Experience within life insurance domain
