Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce, internal systems, and external services
- Design, develop, and optimize Case Management processes
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Flows and platform automations
- Implement Apex and custom Salesforce development where appropriate
- Evaluate when to use standard Salesforce functionality, Flows, or custom code
- Design scalable and maintainable CRM solutions
- Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, and technical solution design
- Improve platform architecture, performance, and maintainability
- Develop API-based integrations and integration workflows
- Support Omnichannel routing and customer service processes
- Configure and optimize Email-to-Case, Escalation Rules, and email delivery
- Participate in source-driven development and CI/CD implementations
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional technical teams
- Drive continuous improvements to platform processes and development practices
What You Bring
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience developing Salesforce Flows
- Strong knowledge of Apex and Salesforce platform development
- Experience with Case Management solutions
- Experience building REST/API integrations
- Experience with Source-driven Development
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
- Understanding of Omnichannel, Routing, and customer service workflows
- Experience with Email-to-Case, Escalation Rules, and email troubleshooting
- Ability to build scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly enterprise applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
