Assignment Description

We are looking for a mid-to-senior SAP Cross-Functional Lead / Solution Architect

What you will work on

Provide program-level functional oversight across logistics, finance, sales, and master data
Ensure end-to-end process alignment across multiple functional workstreams
Guide functional design according to S/4HANA best practices and SAP standard processes
Act as design escalation point for cross-stream functional conflicts and dependencies
Ensure business requirements align with SAP capabilities and transformation roadmap
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Integration Architects for cohesive system design
Support leadership with impact analysis, design recommendations, and decision support
Secure consistency in data models, business processes, and integration patterns
Support change management by clarifying functional impacts of design choices

What you bring

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA functional design in one or more core domains
(Logistics, Finance, Sales, or Master Data)
Solid understanding of end-to-end retail business processes
Experience from large transformation programs with multiple parallel workstreams
Ability to balance SAP standardization with business-specific requirements
Experience working with system integrators and multi-vendor delivery models
Strong stakeholder management and decision-facilitation skills
Ability to communicate complex functional impacts to both IT and business leadership
