Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Section Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead daily operations and foster a strong team culture
Coach, develop, and manage team members
Plan resources, allocate work, and follow up on performance targets
Drive and contribute to key projects and initiatives
Optimize workflows, processes, and operational efficiency
Manage HR-related responsibilities (performance reviews, rehabilitation cases, recruitment, scheduling)
Ensure delivery timelines and operational targets are met
Participate actively in the leadership team
Support internal and external audits and inspections
Ensure compliance with GMP, internal policies, and quality standards

What You Bring

Relevant higher education in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
Proven leadership experience with operational responsibility, preferably in production or laboratory environments
Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
Experience with work environment responsibility and HR-related processes
Good technical understanding, preferably within process industries
Fluent in Swedish and good proficiency in English
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
