Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Acceptance Test Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead, plan, and support testing activities within a cross-functional test team, collaborating closely with internal agile development teams and external stakeholders, including banks and the Riksbank.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the test team, ensuring the creation and execution of test cases align with the test strategy, plan, and quality objectives.
- Document and manage tests using Jira/Confluence and Azure DevOps, and report on the status and progress of testing efforts.
- Ensure that testing efforts meet the required standards and effectively address the needs of both the agile teams and external partners.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience in the payment sector, particularly with domestic payments, and a role as a product specialist or similar.
- Proven track record in leading and participating in acceptance testing for major infrastructure projects within banking and payments, especially in an agile environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO20022 standards (e.g., EPC/SEPA, NPC/NCT) and experience in defining requirements for payment projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a test team, make informed decisions quickly, and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, with a structured, analytical approach to work.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly from regulated operations, is a plus.
