Senior Acceptance Test Lead- 10398

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Acceptance Test Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead, plan, and support testing activities within a cross-functional test team, collaborating closely with internal agile development teams and external stakeholders, including banks and the Riksbank.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the test team, ensuring the creation and execution of test cases align with the test strategy, plan, and quality objectives.
Document and manage tests using Jira/Confluence and Azure DevOps, and report on the status and progress of testing efforts.
Ensure that testing efforts meet the required standards and effectively address the needs of both the agile teams and external partners.

What you bring:

Extensive experience in the payment sector, particularly with domestic payments, and a role as a product specialist or similar.
Proven track record in leading and participating in acceptance testing for major infrastructure projects within banking and payments, especially in an agile environment.
In-depth knowledge of ISO20022 standards (e.g., EPC/SEPA, NPC/NCT) and experience in defining requirements for payment projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a test team, make informed decisions quickly, and communicate effectively.
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, with a structured, analytical approach to work.
Understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly from regulated operations, is a plus.
