Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Admin Support to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Facilitate the onboarding of new resources, including arranging background checks, ordering and preparing IT equipment, accounts, and other onboarding materials. Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring the return of IT equipment and closure of accounts according to standard operating procedures.
Manage invoices, time reports, and contract extensions for consultants, and provide general administrative support to the PMO team.
Work closely with global colleagues, ensuring effective communication and coordination across different locations.
Identify opportunities to develop new tasks and improve existing processes, acting proactively to anticipate the needs of the team.

What You Bring:

At least 4 years of experience in an administrative role within the IT sector, preferably in a global company.
Ability to adapt easily to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills with a precise attention to detail, and a talent for building effective routines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people in various contexts and levels of the organization.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all responsibilities are handled efficiently.
