Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Act as Administration Manager for one or more management objects, ensuring effective governance, operation, and continuous development of applications and related technical components
- Collaborate closely with business representatives to align IT solutions with business needs, strategies, and guidelines
- Drive IT-related topics and improvements in dialogue with the business and other stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional activities involving architects, project and delivery managers, developers, technical specialists, and external suppliers
- Plan, convene, and lead meetings, and follow up on actions and deliveries to ensure progress according to agreed plans
- Manage and follow up on topics related to technology, information security, working methods, budgets, licenses, procurement, and agreements
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems and processes, and contribute to new development initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization
What you bring:
- Experience working as an IT administrative manager or in a comparable role with responsibility for application or system management
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT developers, technical specialists, and external suppliers
- Experience in project management and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of management models, agile ways of working, and ITIL
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
- Education in computer science or systems science is considered an advantage
- Fluent in English and Swedish
