Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Advisory Project Management Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Manage complex projects in purchasing, logistics, HR, finance, or other non-technical areas, including organizing project teams, assigning responsibilities, and developing schedules.
Determine and allocate resource requirements, monitor project progress, and report on cost, timing, and staffing.
Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and compliance requirements.
Identify and resolve obstacles to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Oversee multiple interrelated projects, including business transformation initiatives, with medium to high impact on the business.
Integrate vendor tasks into project plans and monitor vendor deliverables.
Provide guidance and support to teams on applying project management expertise effectively.
Coach, review, and delegate work to less experienced professionals, ensuring project standards and objectives are met.

What you bring:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience in large or complex projects.
Proven expertise in managing end-to-end processes or large-scale projects with limited oversight.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address complex project challenges.
Experience in coaching and mentoring project team members.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
Ability to manage high-impact projects that influence business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
