Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on agile principles and methodologies across all organizational levels, from senior management to individual team members.
- Provide hands-on coaching to scrum teams and individuals, assisting them in refining their agile practices, overcoming challenges, and improving overall performance.
- Lead by example in advocating and implementing Scrum and agile methodologies. Inspire teams to adopt and consistently apply agile working methods effectively.
- Leverage your expertise to adapt and integrate Agile and Scrum principles into the unique culture and working environment of SciLifeLab, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and values.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of five years of experience in roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner, with a proven track record in leading agile transformations within large, complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including experience in training, coaching, and leading teams in multidisciplinary environments where agile practices are applied organization-wide, not just in system development.
- Relevant certifications from recognized organizations like Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience working within public sector organizations and familiarity with open-source software environments are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to tailor agile practices to align with the specific culture and operational style of an organization.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
