Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Agile Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Represent stakeholder interests and act as the primary interface between the team, stakeholders, and product management at the feature level.
- Break down capabilities into actionable features and stories, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
- Own, manage, and prioritize the team backlog to ensure clear focus and delivery value.
- Approve and validate solutions against defined acceptance criteria at the story level.
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks related to dependencies and prioritization to maintain delivery flow.
- Coordinate and oversee feature dependencies across multiple teams and areas.
- Provide regular status updates on feature progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle the Functional Inbox as the first point of contact for incoming requests.
- Lead backlog refinement sessions to maintain transparency and readiness for upcoming sprints.
- Participate in global Product Owner synchronization meetings to ensure consistent alignment and communication.
What you bring:
- 5–8 years of experience in project or product management, preferably in agile and cross-functional environments.
- Strong skills in priority setting, decision-making, and managing competing demands.
- Proactive, open-minded, and change-driven mindset with the ability to remove roadblocks effectively.
- Action-oriented and results-focused approach to delivery.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a strong team mindset.
- Experience or familiarity with the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
