Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior AI Data Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of data and AI governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive operational governance activities, including process development, optimization, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal councils, business units, and cross-functional teams to harmonize data definitions and align governance practices.
- Contribute to regulatory compliance and responsible AI efforts by supporting monitoring activities and ethical AI practices.
- Participate in training, communication, and change management initiatives to strengthen adoption and awareness of governance processes.
- Work across both strategic and operational layers to ensure governance models—such as data mesh and federated governance—function effectively throughout the organization.
What you bring:
- Hands-on experience in data governance and AI governance, with strong knowledge of data management principles, regulatory frameworks, and AI ethics.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally, ensuring governance frameworks are adopted, implemented, and continuously improved.
- Proven experience collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills with the ability to drive structure and clarity in complex environments.
- Familiarity with modern governance models such as data mesh and federated governance.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and change management activities
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
