Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior AI Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design end-to-end architecture and technical solutions for AI-driven systems and services.
Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to define and implement scalable AI and data architectures in the cloud.
Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning.
Support teams in integrating AI capabilities into existing systems and developing new AI-based products.
Establish and promote best practices for AI development, including security, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
Build internal competence by mentoring teams and promoting AI literacy across the organization.
Represent AI initiatives internally and externally, contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing.

What you bring:

Several years of experience in software development and solution architecture, with proven delivery of AI solutions in production environments.
Strong background in Generative AI and Machine Learning, including model development, deployment, and scaling.
Proficiency in modern development practices such as automated testing, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and MLOps/ML platforms, including data pipelines, model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and monitoring.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of security, data protection, and regulatory frameworks such as the AI Act and GDPR.
Advantageous experience with agent-based AI, LLM frameworks, vector databases/RAG, and LLMOps.
Understanding of Responsible AI principles and methods for ensuring trust, transparency, and fairness in AI systems.
Experience in the finance or insurance industry is considered a plus.
