Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer – Bluetooth Connectivity to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Join a highly skilled team focused on developing and optimizing the Bluetooth connectivity.
Drive the development of Bluetooth settings, profiles, and features, including Handsfree, Phone Book, Audio Distribution, Messages, and eCall capabilities.
Implement and refine features such as auto-connect and disconnect between phone and car.
Collaborate closely with UX/Design teams and Product Owners to deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and functionality.
Contribute to a dynamic and agile development environment, working alongside global engineering teams to deliver adaptable, human-centric technology that enhances user experience.

What you bring:

M.Sc. in Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Extensive experience in Android app development using Java/Kotlin.
Proficiency with Android Framework, Android stack, and related development tools (Gradle and Soong build systems).
Strong skills in writing automated unit and integration tests to ensure robust and maintainable code.
Comfort and competence in Linux environments.
Proficiency with Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins for version control and CI/CD processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Valid Swedish Driver’s license (B-level), enabling in-car testing.
