Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer with strong Android and/or iOS experience

What You Will Work On

• Design, develop, and maintain core C++ components for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Modernize networking infrastructure and migrate legacy networking components.
• Build scalable, high-performance, and reliable mobile platform solutions.
• Develop production-ready SDKs and reusable infrastructure components.
• Improve integration layers across Android, iOS, desktop, and backend platforms.
• Optimize application performance, stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement networking features including HTTP/2+, WebSockets, caching, retries, backoff strategies, offline support, and error handling.
• Develop telemetry, monitoring, observability, and diagnostics solutions across client and backend environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the long-term technical direction of the platform.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated build processes, and large-scale code modularization.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, designers, backend engineers, and infrastructure teams.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, networking, and performance-related issues.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile platform or infrastructure development.
• Strong expertise in modern C++ development.
• Extensive experience with Android and/or iOS development.
• Experience working with large, multi-platform codebases.
• Proven experience developing production-grade mobile SDKs or infrastructure components.
• Deep understanding of networking technologies including HTTP/2+, WebSockets, caching, retries, backoff mechanisms, offline functionality, and error handling.
• Experience with real-time communication technologies such as Pub/Sub, WebSockets, or push notification infrastructure.
• Strong experience with native code debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated build systems, and large-scale code modularization.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable platform development.
• Experience contributing to technical architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across mobile, backend, and infrastructure.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with both internal teams and external consultants.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
