Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Android Platform Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Android applications using Kotlin and established design patterns and architecture.
- Write and execute required tests for your software, including V1, V2, and V3.
- Collaborate with agile product owners, architects, and team members to develop new features and stories.
- Take full ownership of the applications you develop, including stakeholder communication and testing in production.
- Perform code reviews in line with EACS code review guidelines.
- Actively share knowledge within your team and across cross-functional teams.
- Explore and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve solutions and skills.
What you bring:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience in Kotlin and TradeFed.
- Proficiency with software development tools such as Android Studio, Gerrit, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory, etc.
- Experience with quality assurance techniques including unit testing and automated integration testing.
- Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive change, inspire teams, and deliver results with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
