Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior APO Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Define and prioritize features and user stories to deliver maximum business value.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, compliance, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Translate business and regulatory needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute expertise in card transactions, payment flows, and authorization processes.
- Support the team in implementing new authorization controls and enhancing existing functionalities.
- Drive agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement of team delivery and efficiency.
What you bring:
- Several years of experience as an APO/Product Owner in agile environments.
- Strong understanding of card issuance, card transactions, payment flows, and banking regulations.
- Deep experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Excellent command of Jira and other agile collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in big data environments.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience from major banks or financial institutions, knowledge of card systems, and experience in regulated environments are meritorious.
