Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior APO Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Define and prioritize features and user stories to deliver maximum business value.
Collaborate with operations, IT, compliance, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
Translate business and regulatory needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Contribute expertise in card transactions, payment flows, and authorization processes.
Support the team in implementing new authorization controls and enhancing existing functionalities.
Drive agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement of team delivery and efficiency.

What you bring:

Several years of experience as an APO/Product Owner in agile environments.
Strong understanding of card issuance, card transactions, payment flows, and banking regulations.
Deep experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Excellent command of Jira and other agile collaboration tools.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in big data environments.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Previous experience from major banks or financial institutions, knowledge of card systems, and experience in regulated environments are meritorious.
