Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design and develop engine components and structural parts using Catia V5
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams
Contribute to project management activities, including scope, timelines, and resource planning
Participate in quality assurance efforts including FMEA, APQP, and PPAP processes
Present technical updates and project progress to stakeholders
Drive problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement within engine development
Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations

What you bring:

Several years of experience in engine component and system development
High proficiency in mechanical design using Catia V5
Solid experience in managing and executing complex engineering projects
Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Lean Six Sigma (meritorious)
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Technical expertise in components such as cylinder heads, blocks, manifolds, and structural parts
Familiarity with automotive industry standards and development processes
Flexibility to travel and ability to be on-site at least once per week
