Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Assistant and Management Support to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Collaborate closely with line managers and their teams to foster operational efficiency and quality
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees and consultants
  • Communicate and collaborate with local and global line management assistants
  • Coordinate internal and external conferences and meetings
  • Take initiative and act as a collaborative partner for managers
  • Support the management team with reports, presentations, and personnel administration
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee and customer experiences

What you bring:

  • Education in business management; leadership experience is meritorious
  • Experience and interest in administration and service
  • Strong coordination and structured skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
