Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Assistant and Management Support to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Collaborate closely with line managers and their teams to foster operational efficiency and quality
Facilitate onboarding for new employees and consultants
Communicate and collaborate with local and global line management assistants
Coordinate internal and external conferences and meetings
Take initiative and act as a collaborative partner for managers
Support the management team with reports, presentations, and personnel administration
Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee and customer experiences

What you bring:

Education in business management; leadership experience is meritorious
Experience and interest in administration and service
Strong coordination and structured skills to manage multiple tasks
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities
Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
