Job Description
Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Associate Director – Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of quality regulations and guidelines within your area of responsibility.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues to strengthen the overall team competence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in GxP audits and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and approve GMP documentation and QA risk assessments.
- Provide Quality input into business improvement projects and support the implementation of new processes.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to set strategic quality direction and maintain quality oversight.
- Act as a key contributor during external Regulatory Authority GMP inspections.
- Lead quality projects to improve processes and ways of working.
- Support various functions with expert knowledge in validation and quality assurance.
What you bring:
- Scientific degree with 5-10 years of experience in validation within a pharmaceutical GMP environment, preferably in a development organization.
- Extensive experience in equipment, automation, and IT system validation.
- Comprehensive understanding of Quality Systems, GMP, and the pharmaceutical/drug development process.
- Proven track record in leading projects, making decisions, and communicating with clarity and conviction.
- Experience in building relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, structure daily tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic approach to solutions while adhering to regulations.
- Excellent team working and networking skills.
- Independent judgement with the ability to manage risks in complex situations.
- Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional interactions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
