Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Attribute Leader / Feature Leader – Passive Safety to join our dynamic team.

What you will do:

  • Lead performance within a major project or manage multiple smaller projects.
  • Oversee multiple technology areas related to passive safety.
  • Support design teams in developing technical solutions that meet safety requirements.
  • Order and coordinate CAE crash simulations to validate safety performance.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in passive safety within the automotive industry (e.g., attribute leader, CAE engineer, test or validation engineer, or similar).
  • Experience with commercial vehicles is a plus.
  • Strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple technology areas.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical understanding of passive safety systems.
  • English proficiency is sufficient for this assignment.
