Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Automation Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Identify, design, and deploy automation solutions to optimize business processes, leveraging RPA, DPA, and AI technologies.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple departments and markets to uncover automation opportunities that align with business goals.
- Develop, test, and implement automation workflows, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize deployed workflows to ensure seamless operations and adapt solutions to changing needs.
- Prepare comprehensive process documentation, collaborating closely with scrum teams to maintain high standards of delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in automation technology to enhance business efficiency and innovation.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as an Automation or RPA Developer, ideally with hands-on expertise in UiPath.
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with low-code platforms.
- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning applications in automation and their practical application in business processes.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, with a track record of delivering automation projects on schedule.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for troubleshooting and optimizing workflows.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
