Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automation Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Identify, design, and deploy automation solutions to optimize business processes, leveraging RPA, DPA, and AI technologies.
Engage with stakeholders across multiple departments and markets to uncover automation opportunities that align with business goals.
Develop, test, and implement automation workflows, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions that meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and optimize deployed workflows to ensure seamless operations and adapt solutions to changing needs.
Prepare comprehensive process documentation, collaborating closely with scrum teams to maintain high standards of delivery.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in automation technology to enhance business efficiency and innovation.

What you bring:

Proven experience as an Automation or RPA Developer, ideally with hands-on expertise in UiPath.
Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with low-code platforms.
Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning applications in automation and their practical application in business processes.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, with a track record of delivering automation projects on schedule.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for troubleshooting and optimizing workflows.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
