Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive Production Technician to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Drive projects from inquiry to delivery, including product development, financial management, and delivery coordination.
Identify and implement development opportunities in production processes.
Coordinate activities between R&D and production teams.
Work closely on the production floor, ensuring practical solutions align with development objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
Address and resolve production deviations, including those related to production equipment.
Ensure that new products are successfully integrated into the production process.

What you bring:

University or civil engineering degree in a relevant field.
2-5 years of experience in production technology and/or project management.
Proven experience in implementing new products in production processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Meticulous and methodical work ethic.
Experience working on the production floor is a merit.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage with people across various areas.
